About Kenia McDonald

Hi, my name is Kenia McDonald, and I am the creator and contributing author of http://mlmformulaonline.com. The reason why I created this about me page is because I am a stay at home mom of a 20 month old girl, a 3 year old girl and a 4 and a half year old boy. Yes, I had them very close together. I quit working for someone else 4 and a half years ago so that I could watch my kids grow up and watch them say their first words. That's why I decided to dive into starting my own Internet business online, and really why I created this page. I like to meet new people, network with new people and hopefully inspire someone to discover a better alternative just like I did when I started working from home, being my own boss, being able to watch my kids take their first steps and making money online all at the same time.
But before I get into all of that, let me just tell you a little bit more about myself....

I was born in Madrid, Spain and unfortunately don't remember much because I left when I was 3 years old. I then lived in Panama city, Panama for 6 years. My family was in the USAirforce and traveled a lot. I then moved to England where I lived for 4 years. Our last destination as a family was Oklahoma City, OK, where our family lives today. I have lived here for 17 years and was blessed to have met my husband in church 7 and a half years ago. We love each other and love to serve the Lord together.

My work life before I got married consisted of working for a dentist office, working at a few banks, a property management office,taught piano to Bible College students and then worked at a Junior College where I had received my Associates in Art when I got out of High school.

I was blessed to have been able to quit my job and never have to work for anyone ever again. The Lord has truly blessed us, but I am an entrepreneur at heart.....

My hobbies are playing the piano and the flute. Of course with three young kids I rarely do that anymore, but enjoy it when I get a chance. I also love to read. My library consists of “7FigureSecrets”,”Butterfly Marketing”,”How to Win Friends and Influence People”,”The Slight Edge,” “How I Raised Myself From Failure To Success In Selling”,”Magnetic Sponsoring”, “Building On A Budget”, “PPC Domination,” “Black Belt Recruiting” and any books that help me grow my brain cells and anything that will help me help others is what I enjoy reading. Fiction is not my cup of tea. I live in the real world. You will only end up where you are headed. So in a nutshell, I love reading!
I also love to watch movies with my husband late at night. I like to spend time with him and talk about “stuff”. Even though I do these things I can't forget to mention that I love reading the Bible. I am so thankful that I was saved by the grace of God at the age of 14. The Lord has enabled me to do everything that I have accomplished so far. I give Him all the Glory. I love life and everyone in it.

Before I go on about how I came about making money online what I found and how hopefully it will inspire you, let me paint you a picture of the last 4 or 5 years....

For the last years I have always wanted to do something. Remember, I am an entrepreneur at heart. I have been working online for about 4 years. Never had a whole lot of success. I have sold on ebay, sold ebooks and still do;however, I never could find anything that could really give me a steady income or the possibility of a steady income. I have tried several home based businesses. Thankfully I had great mentors and was able to make a decent amount of money. I was looking for something that could absolutely show me how to market online and not just dabble here and there, but really know what I'm doing. I wanted to learn how to generate my own leads, because you know no leads-no business. So I look and looked and looked. I mean I looked for a long time, paid this to someone, paid something else to someone else, bought this ebook, bought that ebook, you know same old same old. Now, I believe that most of the books that I bought has definitely helped me and I am so glad that I got them. You can never learn enough, believe me.
I have struggled just like everyone does and is actively looking for something. I've even done those chain letters... Spent many hundreds of dollars on things that I still don't know what it was all about.
I don't want to bore you, but I do want to let you know that I went through the same things that people are going through today and are “still”looking for that “thing”.
My problem in a nutshell, I needed something that could help me generate leads, generate leads without spending money or very little of it, online marketing strategy that works and a company and system that could help me generate money online.
I am glad to say that those days are over.....
I am so thankful that I found the company I work with and the system that I found to build my business online. I can finally say that this is it. Not only do I love working and helping people, I know how to and know how to do it well. It has literally changed my whole outlook on how I build my business online now and in the future. I want to reiterate that I am never going to be “there”. I believe that once you think that you are “there” you are headed for a fall. I continue to increase my skills and knowledge and encourage people to do the same.
The answer to my problem was literally under my nose the whole time.

Real quick the picture looked like this: No success, busy life, needed automated business to work with my busy life,online marketing guidance,needed a Christian company to work with,had online frustration, and didn't know how to generate quality leads. Ya thats a lot, but thats the way it looked.

Lets face it, most people don't think there is the perfect company with the perfect online system and so they “quit” before they get started. There are thousands of people with the same problems that I had. I was just fortunate to have found the right leaders, the right mentors and the right company to help me. I searched for years and I'm glad that I was not like other people that stop before they have started.

I know thats a lot of info, but really thats why I wanted to share this with people. This has completely changed me and my future, and I would love to network and help like minded people and really get the word out. I'd like to work with people that have good work ethics, and with people that have a desire to help people. People that believe in working for the fruit of their labor is who I desire to meet. -If you don't work, you don't get paid. No complaining. I love helping people that “want” to be helped.
If you meet these qualifications, give me a holler or email me and share with me your story and I'll mentor you. With my busy schedule I have to divide my time evenly. I can only stretch myself so far and honestly can only mentor and train 5 people a month. Believe me that is more than enough. When there are more than 5 I direct them to training, which is beyond unbelievable. If you show your sincere desire to change I will take on a few more, but only those who are serious. My time is precious.
